Benjamin Couzens

I’m Benjamin Couzens. I started working here at Parkinson’s Boxing in 2023 and quickly realized how special this place is. I have a history of coaching before my career here at Parkinson’s Boxing in volleyball, hockey, and boxing. In addition to my coaching background, I played NCAA ice hockey at Paul Smith’s College and travel volleyball, and I am currently playing hockey in the HAHL as a goalie.

I was awarded Player of the Game five times in one season while playing goalie for Paul Smith’s and had three shutouts in ten games. I was ranked Western New York Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach of the Year in 2020 and 2022. I was also fortunate enough to be chosen for the 18 boys head coaching position at Niagara Frontier Volleyball Club and head coaching position at East Aurora High School for their JV team by choice of students.

At work, I strive for excellence every hour of the day and ensure my clients get the most out of their sessions. Nothing makes me feel better than seeing someone overcome an obstacle they’ve been working on and watching their quality of life improve.

On a personal note, I like to hunt, fish, golf, work on cars, and travel the globe while training to hopefully fight in amateur boxing competitions shortly.

I look forward to helping you or your loved one and tackling neurological disorders one step at a time.
