How I got into Boxing:

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in July 2010. I met Dean Eoannou, in May 2016, through a mutual friend, whose son is a Golden Gloves boxer, trained by Dean. After meeting Dean, I began training at Parkinsons Boxing LLC. I had a severe tremor in my right hand and my balance was horrible. Those symptoms are completely gone now.

In September 2017, Dean asked me to begin training clients at Parkinsons Boxing LLC. I became a certified USA Boxing Coach and have since worked with dozens of Parkinson’s clients.

As a past client and now trainer, I offer a unique opportunity for my clients, being able to offer firsthand knowledge of the benefits of Parkinson’s Boxing!
